And I will tell you all the secrets by reverse-engineering the Kim Kardashian business model and trying to make the kkw fragrance virtually because I’m broke. So let’s get started
Step 1: get a lawyer and register your company
We are starting a business in the perfume industry, and we don’t know anything about the paperwork, so we will hire a lawyer to help us to start our company on paper and register our company and in future if any of our customers sue us we can fight back if we are right .so a lawyer is important.

Some good private labels also have a graphic designer, so we can skip step 1 in some cases and also custom bottles and custom packaging. But Kim has heart-shaped bottles and I want those bottles, so I dig deep and find a good packaging company which we will see in step 4.
Step 5: Custom bottles & packaging (optional)
Kim silver heart bottle blows my mind and I started searching google and find a manufacturer who made this bottle’s company name is big sky packaging and this guy can make Kim like a bottle or creative packaging .which will make our customer feel like it is a premium product and good quality and will give good experience, so they will buy next time from our website or application.
Step 6: A Good Shopify Developer
Kim kkw fragrance is hosted in Shopify. And Shopify is more secure and fast for e-commerce businesses. To set up all and design we need a developer and subscription for Shopify. For a developer, we can hire from Fiverr or post a job opening on Linkedin. And for the cheap domain, we can buy from the name cheap.com they have the cheapest domains. After our developers make our website we can start putting our product on the website.
step 7. Good Photographer
to make the product look more appealing for the customer we need good photographers to click good images of our products and edit them professional and put that image on our website or Shopify store
Step 8: Good public relations and digital marketing agency
What the point of making whole business if we don’t make sales for that reason we need a good digital marketing agency. and a pr for disaster management if our products ever made controversial in the market does to ads or anything to handle all this we need a public relation agency also some digital marketing agency has all this from the development of Shopify website to promotion of products.
Step 9: after-sales services
After our customer buy our product to handle all query and compliant of the customer and refund We need a call centre which we can outsource to a company
